Once you need to eliminate the erection, you need to bend the penis and wait for it to relax completely. At this time, the liquid returns to the reservoir. Fallopian tubes with hydraulic implants are the most expensive, but they provide a more natural and natural physical appearance even at rest.

Fat filling involves the introduction of biological material (the patient’s fatty tissue) under the skin of the penis, so in addition to this process, liposuction is also required. Using the patient’s fat cells usually excludes the presence of an allergic reaction, however, it may lead to an inflammatory process.
Fat filling is carried out in several stages:
- First, perform liposuction. That is, the required amount of biological material is pumped from the patient's abdomen, legs or buttocks.
